At by Kala Nicole, I want you to love your purchase. Every design is created with care and is provided as a high-resolution digital download.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, I am unable to offer refunds or returns.
File Quality Guarantee
If you experience a genuine issue with the quality of your purchased file—such as corruption, missing files, or a quality concern that does not match the product description—please contact me within 14 days of your purchase.
I will gladly review the issue and, when appropriate, provide one of the following:
- A corrected or replacement file
- Assistance with downloading or accessing your files
- An exchange for another design if I determine the original file cannot reasonably be corrected
My goal is to ensure you receive the quality described in the product listing.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered for:
- Accidental purchases
- Ordering the wrong design
- Purchasing duplicate files
- Changing your mind after purchase
- Not reading the product description
- Software or equipment incompatibility that was not disclosed in the listing
- Requests made after the files have been downloaded, unless the files contain a verified quality issue
