Because monitor settings, printers, inks, fabrics, and transfer methods may vary, actual printed colors may differ slightly from what is displayed on your screen.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the license included with each product before purchasing.

Unless expressly permitted by that license, you may not:

• Upload the files to file-sharing websites or marketplaces.
• Claim the artwork as your own.
• Sell, sublicense, or distribute the digital files in their original or modified form.

4. Intellectual Property

All artwork, illustrations, graphics, branding, logos, website content, and product designs remain the intellectual property of by Kala Nicole unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a product grants a license to use the artwork—it does not transfer ownership or copyright.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

If you experience a legitimate issue with your files, including missing, corrupted, or defective downloads, please contact support@bykalanicole.com. I will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a corrected file or, when appropriate, an exchange.
